Received problem & dead tv (Smart 48 inches tv)
I am very sorry to inform you that, i am struggling with tv since last 30 days still no response is received from weston, nor any engineer ï
It was only once, that engineer visited and after that no services at all and as of now four persons called me but no response or arranged any service or replaying with piece to piece.
Every time i call customer care, i get a new mobile number, new date with engineer name and every time engineer (Mr. Ranjith some bull # head name will receive denies to come to check the tv)
It is getting frustrating for me to have a weston tv at my home. I made a mistake by buying china item / footpath company like weston tv, now i want replacement at earliest.
