Westside — transaction have done twice while shopping

I am having lic gift card. I have done shopping on 31st march 2018 from westside of rupees 1469. The same amount have been debited twice from my prepaid card. I have talked to westside they said that they have received the amount once. So i just want to know to whom the next transaction has been credited to? And if westside has not received then when i will be refunded with the amount that have been debited from my prepaid card.

I request you to look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.
