Wforwoman — wrong item picked up by logistic partner shadowfax

This is regarding order no. "ww[protected]". I called the customer care to raise the return request for both the items in the order as i was unable to do it myself because status of order then and even till date shows "pending" and there was no option available for raising the return request. On 15th june'20 in the afternoon at around 1 pm, a person from logistic partner shadowfax came for pickup.

Out of coincidence, on the same day there was another pickup scheduled for an order of another brand 'indya' by the same logistic partner shadowfax. Please note that on that day i didn't receive any communication that "w for women' return items would be picked up however i got a message for pickup of"indya"products.
So when a logistics person came for pickup, i handed him over 2 items of brand"indya"which i wanted to return.

Same day, in the evening i got another call from a person from the same logistic partner shadowfax regarding the pickup, to him i mentioned that items has already been picked up in the afternoon, he said may be duplicate request is generated so he kept that request on hold to get it confirmed from the logistics office on the next day, that is 16th june'20.

The next day around afternoon i again got a call from shadowfax for pickup to which i said, items have already been picked up by you only yesterday to which he agreed. All this bought me in the state of confusion, so i asked him to provide me return id for the pickup, he did on 15th june'20, i was shocked to see that because the 2 items that he picked up were of brand"indya"however that request was for pickup of"w for women"which was clearly mentioned in the screenshot he shared with me.

Surprisingly he even passed the quality check even though not only brand but the colours of the items were totally different. Items to be picked up by him were of brand"w"and colours were brown and light brown however the items he picked up were of brand"indya"and colours were yellow and blue. Still he passed the quality check and forwarded the item to the warehouse for further processing.in fact later on when he realised his mistake he tried if items can be bought back from the warehouse and can be replaced by the correct items, however this could not happen.

This is a clear incidence of negligence by the logistics partner where they had two pickup requests and mixed them and forwarded wrong items to you without even minding the clear mismatch of the items.

Now because of this the items, that reached 'w', belong to another brand"indya"which i need to return to them and the correct"w"items are still me.

I wrote back to w several times but never got appropriate assistance, at the end they said they can not do anything and asked me to contact shadowfax. I even contacted shadowfax, they repeatedly said they have escalated the issue and will get back to me but that never happened.in fact i contact"indya"several times, they also responded badly, after knowing my name and checking the mail trail, customer service agent disconnected the call 2-3 times and post that they did not receive the call.

This terrible unprofessional mistake was made by their logistic partner shadowfax but none of them including"w for woman","house of indya"and"shadowfax" came up with the corrective measures for the mistake made by them and i am suffering because of them.

This is not only loss of money but time and it is a clear case of manhandling and causing harassment to me.

Finally, i decided to complain in consumer forum. And hope that some action would be taken and you will help me in getting my money back, as it is earned with lot of hard work and it's very important for me.
