Whaaky.com — re complain for niether order item recieved nor refund my payment

my Order no. is S80846684 order date 4-june-2015 my order product not send by whaaky also not refund my payment. I complain against whaaky ago to u with same order and whaaky reply with msg to me mail on them on id support @whaaky.com. I done same but niether reply my mail nor recieved call done by me. Please help me to refund my payment and cancel the order from whaaky.com I called them many time but they not answered me. I deducted my call balance 100 to 150. I think its cheater
