an ecommerce website is the poorest and the most irresponsible site i have ever come across.
Its customer care no. - useless, never ever reachable and if reached only bell rigs and the call is never answered
What i ordered and what is the scenario -
Product - two samsung
guru mobile phones
Was ordered on - 11th of may, 2016
Delivered on - 8th of june, 2016
State of the product when delivered - extremely extremely poor, both the mobile phone with loosely fitted screens, both the chargers were out of order and broken, one of the two mobile phones had no battery, very poor quality mobile phones, no accessories given other than the broken, out of order chargers, both the phones didn't have sealed packages, open tore packages, the phones do not even look genuine,
