Dear sir,
My order no. Is s[protected] dt. 03/06/16 of 3 pent-shirt rs. 1199/= and 2 led solar lanterns rs. 599/=
And i paid full amount rs, 1798/= by credit card.

From 2 items i received only one item pent-shirts which is not according my order.

I am trying to reach by phone no.[protected] from last 10 days but no body pick the phone and response the mail.

Please do the needful

I online ordered on whaaky.com product of mi power bank 2piece of 10400 each on 16 june 2016. My order no s[protected]. I got my package today 20 june 2016. I ordered mi power bank but i got sony power bank 25000 mah and that product is also damage and 2nd hand. I was shocked when i saw such damage product. Then i tried to contact whaaky.com customer care no [protected],[protected],[protected]. But they didn't receive my phone. So i request you to take strict action aginst the company.

My order no is s[protected] which was placed on 03 june 2016. A solar lantern. I received it on 18th june 2016. And found that product is faulty the lantern is not charging. Neither it is charging in solar light nor by electricity. If it not getting charged then it is useless and i feel cheated.
So please look into the matter and replace the faulty product of yours

The said order consists of 1 pc. LG wireless headset and 1 pc. 10400 mAh MI battery charger, total cost Rs. 799/-

I received the items today. The head set is ok while the battery charger is defective as the micro USB is not accessible by the accompanying cord. It seems that there is some manufacturing defect as the metal piece inside the slot is very deep seated and is not accesible by the charger cable.

I tried to contact over given phone no.for atleast 40 times but no body responded. I have sent an e-mail and awaiting any response from them.

I have placed an order-s80147219 on 17/05/2016 and still shows its (Preparing to ship) i trusted and made the payment online which was my mistake kindly request you to return back my hard-own money or deliver the order as you promised i have sent plenty of mails but haven't got any reply and also tried calling several time nobody bother to even pick the call

Kindly do look into the issue and sort it out asap..

I have ordered 5 full sleeve casual shirts order number S[protected]. I have received the order at today afternoon. With so excite, I opened the order I lost my enthusiasm while seeing the items. Out of 5 packed items, four of them don't have any TAG, some of the items are used items. Two items size are mismatched. Hence, I want to return the items. Kindly accept the request do the needful to me. I paid an extra amount 150 rs for cash on delivery also.

I had booked a order on[protected] at 11:18:19 with credit card payment.
Till now they have't delivered the product and they are not responding to contact No given on their site or by mail.
I had already made the payment.Please help to recover my money and stop this fake company.

I have ordered 5 full sleeves casual shirts online via waaky.com.. My order is s[protected] has been delivered but five shirts are of poor quality as i am and the size of shirts is l is very short... I hav nt expected this from your.com.. I want return the product than replace the order and my money back.. If not i will complain in consumer forum...

I have booked 2 Samsung Guru E1200 mobiles from Whaaky.com website my order number is S[protected] wher delivery boy came at my door step then i demand that firstly i willcheck the mible then i will pay he denied so i give him money and took mobiles but when i opened the box then i found 2 local brand mobiles and aslo found local chargers or local batteries so i have to return it as soon as possilbe but there is no option of return on whaaky.com how .they are cheater i do not want to take it return my money otherwise i will compalin agaist you because whaaky.com show branded produscts but when buy costumer then he/she found local produst .refund my money immediately.

Now I'm reading all customers view thay all wrote extremely bad experience about ur company.now I m scarring that Could it be happend with me also. I have purchase sony power bank 25000mah @ 599 online from whaaky.com on dated 3/06/2016. Company policy for delivering the product in between 8-10 day. But after 15 days they did not send the product.

Whaaky.com an ecommerce website is the poorest and the most irresponsible site i have ever come across.

Its customer care no. - useless, never ever reachable and if reached only bell rigs and the call is never answered

What i ordered and what is the scenario -
Product - two samsung guru mobile phones
Order no.[protected]
Was ordered on - 11th of may, 2016
Delivered on - 8th of june, 2016
State of the product when delivered - extremely extremely poor, both the mobile phone with loosely fitted screens, both the chargers were out of order and broken, one of the two mobile phones had no battery, very poor quality mobile phones, no accessories given other than the broken, out of order chargers, both the phones didn't have sealed packages, open tore packages, the phones do not even look genuine,

Dear Sir I have placed an Order No: S[protected] Product: Nokia 5233 Touch Mobile In this connection, I have paid an amount of RS.1, 699/- through online. After 10 days a defective non relevance mobile was received without battery. Immediately I have contacted the organisation and the images of the mobile were sent to the organisation and they told me to return the product. Accordingly I have sent through Indian Postal Service on the same day and informed the same to the organisation and they were received as was they them, and my self requested them to initiation of refund. But even after lapse of 5 days they did not responded for the calls and emails.

I had bought an item (super bright led solar lantern @ Rs.399) from whaaky.Com on 18.05.2016 - order id- S[protected]. But they have delivered a wrong & different item on 23.05.2016.

Hence, I have raised a replacement request on 24.05.2016 & on the basis of that, they asked me to return the item. So, I have done the same & the item has been delivered at their place on 30.05.2016 and they have confirmed that via email dated 01.06.2016 & also informed that within 4 business day they will dispatch the correct item.

But it's already 17 days have gone but still now they have not dispatched the item. In between I have sent multiples emails & complaints to them & every time they have repeated the same email that within 4 business day they will dispatch the item.

Even they have not yet reimbursed the shipping charges (as per their rules) what I have incurred to return the wrong item to their place.

They simply can not play a game like this with my time & hard earned money.

So, this is my humble request & an appeal to you please look into the matter & give a justice to me.

Order no. S[protected] dt.30/05/2016 with whaaky.com for5 nos. Pollo collar
T shirts and 1 no. Solar lantern with 5 bulbs. Lantern received couple of days back. 5 pollo t shirts not yet received which they claim to have been shipped by courrierbmp vide c. Note96507593. Following up with them by regular email,
Phone[protected] no response at all. An amount of rs.1148/- paid in advance through net banking. Please help to get refund/shipment. Lantern reived in damaged condition.

I paid rs.599 on line for purchase of sony power bank on 31.05.2016 but so far it is not shipped.There is no reply to my mail and telephone call. S[protected] is the order no and the same when verified in tracking shows the product is yet to be shipped. plese takeup with the supplier as I suspect there is some foul play.The invoice shows the order will be shipped wthin 5 to 7 working days, however it did not take place.
