Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — No invoice for the mobile phone ordered | |||||
On 7th april 2016, i had ordered a snexian internet mobile from online portal whaaky.com. Order no. S[protected] dated 7th april 2016. I got the item delivered after a week but without an invoice. When i started using the phone, i found that the internet is not getting connected and hence had called the service centre in hyderabad on 18th april 2016. The service center person: mr. Nagaraju (Mobile no.[protected]) spoke to me respectfully and heard my complaint and asked me to get the invoice for the phone to get the defect rectified. Since 18th april 2016, i have been contacting whaaky.com customer service numbers[protected],[protected] and spoke to various people (Rohit, roshan, teja, ravi teja, srikanth, neha, kavita, nandini) asking for the invoice for the defective phone which i wanted to get repaired myself from their service centre in hyderabad. They have been promising that i would get the invoice within 20 minutes in my gmail inbox, within one hour, within 24 hours etc, but till today, i have not received the invoice for my ordered item which is stopping me to visit the service centre for rectification of the defective phone. I was irritated with their irresponsible responses and then i had informed that i would go and complain in the consumer form for which one of their lady executives had told me that i am most welcome to do so. I had even requested for refund / replacement for which they had finally accepted and informed me that they will credit the amount into my credit card account and then i can return the mobile handset to them in hyderabad office. It has been 10 days or more that i have not received the refund into my card account and they are also sitting silent on my complaint as they have nothing to loose as they got their amount for the defective snexisn internet mobile. I request them to either refund the amount of inr 699/- into my credit card account or replace the mobile handset with a proper invoice and arrange for the pick up of the old one from my side or arrange for the invoice for my ordered item immediately without any delay. I am completely fed up with Whaaky.com staff. Even after waiting for 3 months, I did not get the invoice for my ordered phone which was defective at the time of delivery itself.
Last week, I spoke to one of their executives, Mithun and forwared the phone to their office in Begumpet, Hyderabad. There was some other person over there who rejected the phone stating that it was 4 months old from the time of the order. Unnecessarily, I have lost INR 700 and a lot of piece of mind for obtaining a defective phone from Whaaky.com.
Since 18th april 2016, i have been contacting whaaky.com customer service numbers[protected],[protected] and spoke to various people (Rohit, roshan, teja, ravi teja, srikanth, neha, kavita, nandini) asking for the invoice for the defective phone which i wanted to get repaired myself from their service centre in hyderabad. This is a very bad and upsetting attitude of Whaaky.com. I request this forum to take stringent action and make them aware that they should not repeat such mistake with any of their customers in future. Also, ask them to refund my amount with interest for damages.
