Hi, this is neeraj choubey I am facing problem with order no. S8092605, I ordered the product on 16/10/13 but till today products not deliver to me since website claiming product ship time is 5-7 working days, than after I write 4 mail and doing several call on provide phone no. Dear Sir,
i have placed an order on 5th April 2014 vide order no S 80293547 and also made the payment by debit card.for Rs 599/-. as per the shipping policy they are to ship the order within 7 - 10 working days, but it is already more than 2 months now, I have mailed them so many times regarding my order but they are replying me that due to overwhelming response of the item they are despatching the item on day to day basis, But it is already more than 2 months now and the use of online shopping if i cant get the order in time and paying the amount also.i also asked them to refund my amount, first they told me to send my bank account details and immediately they told me that my order cannot be cancelled as it is ready to be shipped.But after that message also it is now 3- 4 weeks, but till now i could nt ge my order.
I request you please do a needful to me.

Even i received a mail from their end of order confirmation and expected delivery by 17th October 20143. But now when i spoke to first flight people they are saying that there is no such consigment number. And after posting continuous mmail to whaaky they are not replying, even keeping the calls line busy on long queque. Please help me to get back my money, as i am very much frustrated with this cheater company.

I have ordered Tracksuit and Shoes on 25.07.2014 . I have ordered a powerbank of 20400 mah of rs 999/- with order no S80844226 dated [protected]:33:50, but till date they have not shipped any product and even they are not lifting my phone at all. so i think they are the cheaters and doing online cheating business. So be aware while ordering the things on this portal, better order via flipcart, snapdeal they are good in service.
