[Resolved] Whaaky.com — PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED/DISPATCHED | |||
Dear Team, I have ordered an online delivery from Whaaky.com last month and I am still awaiting for the delivery. The order status still shows as PREPARING TO SHIP since day and there has been no progress. I have tried emailing serveral times but there has not been a proper response. I am frustrated with the customer service, If you cant deliver this, can you please cancel this order and refund my money back. Don't buy any product from www.whaaky.com, there is always no response from them.
Please find the attachment, I have ordered the product from whaaky.com before 1 month ago but still now I have not received.
Very fraud company
I have ordered 1 shirt and 2 jean trousers on 10-Apr-2014, till now not yet received. Whenever I called to customer care it always saying busy. I sent lot of mails but no proper response. I have attached my order details and tracking details please look on it.
I have ordered Combo pack like 1 shirt and 2 trousers on 10-April-2014 still now I have not received. When ever I will to customer care it always busy. If I send a mail to them they always replaying auto generated mail, saying that we have over whelming response of the product we are dispatching consignments on a daily basis. Kindly bear with us. I sent many mails to [protected]@whaaky.com but no proper response.

respected sir/madam am hari from kakinada i was ordered 5shirts in an offer with rupees 1200 but i received another model used shirts it was looking too bad so i want my money backProduct not shipped yet
