[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Cheating with worst products and refund policy | |||||
I hv ordered some of the products from whaaky.com on 03/06/2017 in the evening, same day i hv mailed to cancel the order but no body responded, as per their policy we can cancel the order till the product is not ready for ship but after 10 days they shipped my order. I checked the products. It is very cheapest quality, neither the size matched with my order nor the color, and quality. I talked to them, they told that i hv to send it back to company. I send it by spending 400/- as a courier charge because they are not providing any reverse pick up facility but they mentioned that the courier charge will be reverse as a mobile voucher. Now the refund has been processed byt till now i hv not recd the payment in my account. My three questions 1. I hv spend 400/- on courier, who will pay this amount as in this whole case there is no my mistake. 2. I hv paid for order 2786/- total but they are refunding only 2547/- the remaining 239/- rs they deducted as state tax. If i hv not taking the product then why i pay the tax without my mistake. 3. When will i receive the refunded amount in my bank. Today i send a mail at [protected]@whaaky.com attaching my bank statement 01/06/2017 to date. 4. Who has given them license to sell online if they have not any clear policy in favor of customers, they are doing a business only for cheating. They hv only a single contact number which is received after too many calls and waiting, they hv a mail id but they do not respond in a given tat. They are not having a proper quality assurance department. I hv ordered 'medium' size shirt they send me "xl" size. I hv ordered 32' waist jeans they send me 28' The quality is poorest like faded shirt color. Dear customer, Greetings from whaaky.com!! It seems there is no quality check procedure in yr company like other online stores, because i hv ordered “medium” size shirts but in the parcel there was three shirts of medium size and two of “xl” in size. Moreover, the colors of received shirts are different from the advertised shirts. I know very well that screen image and original product colors may be differs but in your case, the color and designs are absolutely different. And the quality of the product was just like a second hand cheap road side products. I hv ordered 5 jeans of 32 sizes but received all jeans in 28 sizes with false sticker of 32. I measured with my tailor, he also told me these jeans are only 28” waist. And the color of the jeans are faded from the fold of the jeans looking like it stocked for too many years in a godown. In all this case, only i suffered a loss of ₹ 3187/- with a time and mental stress of repacking and reverse pick up. And you people very promptly notified me that there is no policy of providing or bearing the self shipment charges. It all happened just a careless team, no quality control checks by company and a poorest company policy.. Now there is no time to discuss more with you, requesting that kindly refund my ordered amount of ₹ 2786/- as soon as possible. Thanking you once again… Such u have lost a good customer.
