[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Dispatched product is third rate quality product | |||||
The product what i ordered is different than the despatched product. I ordered for nokia multimedia mobile costs rs. 1399 against the ordered no. S[protected]. But what i received on 27/05/17 is duplicate and not working product. I tried to contact the customer service several times, but none of them picked up my calls. Though it is toll free even then charges are going on. Third rate quality product without worrying condition. Kindly refund the amount in my account so that i will return the product back to you. Really this company is cheating the public and fake products. I am going to publish this matter into the news paper so that everyone will aware of this and be alert.
