[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Need confirmation i received order successful as well as a separate mail with order failed | |||||
Hi whaaky support team, I got an email after order was success, later in few minutes i also received that order has been failed, but money already deducted, i did payment via payu money netbanking, if order failed i will get the refund...?, in website it shows order success, am in confusion whats the status. This is something serious, u guys need to answer to our query. Tried calling to customer care, there is no reply. Sent a mail no reply as well. Please check & let me know if i will get the refund in case if the product order is not successful, my money has already been deducted.
