[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Nicer dicer set - found damaged | |||||
I orded goods and articles from a website name whaaky. The same ordered article (Nicer dicer set) found damaged. When informed to whaaky, they responded to courier it back to hyderabad. I returned it long back and now whaaky is not responding to my mails. I have claimed back courier charges also from whaaky it is their duty to deliver goods in good condition to me. Still I am following Whaaky for replacement as well as reimbursement of my out of pocket expense. Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 17, 2015 shivamsaxena4u's response I have ordered a power bank on Whaaky.com on 3rd October 2015 (order number S[protected] and it was confirmed at that time only. But till now no update has been provided of my order. Please help in getting the status of the order, if its out of stock or having any other issue then please get it cancelled.Thanks  | |||||
