I bought a power bank and 9 accessories for Rs 649 from whaaky site. The power bank has no required battery life and the head phone along with the player is not working. I requested them to refund the amount thru email. But no response. I tried to contact them on mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] but they are switched off. Kindly do the needful

This site is fraud.

Updated by Bindu Sathyan the complaint is not yet resolved. I didn't get the refund yet. When I sent them a mail to refund the amount first and once I Receive the refund I will go ahead for returning the product. Then they replied that the refunding process is closed.
