[Resolved] Whirlpool — complaint no. cn[protected] | |||||
I have purchased a whirlpool semi-automatic washing machine at chennai. Recently, the drier cable cable failed, and i called the whirlpool customer care. The technician came from tiruvallur service center, and stole the drier cable, and he bypassed the cable contact with a direct connection. He even closed the previous complaint without even informing me. Is this the way of a proper service? Service center: sri vari services, tiruvallur, tamilnadu - 602001 Please help.
