[Resolved] Whirlpool — Complaint regarding defective washing machine.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Fully Automatic Washing machine in August 2016. Since beginning i facing problem in the product. Like tear the cloths or having the holes in the clothes during washing. I have complaint and talked so many times on mobile about my problem. My complaint no is NP[protected]. Technician visits and photographs have taken and say send to report my office but till date nothing has happened. Machine creates lot of noising and tears or split the cloths. I want please replacement of this defective washing machine.
Kindly take it on top priority. So I requested to you for replacement the machine by another same or different model.

156 Days not any action on ground level taken by Whirlpool India. Still I am waiting my refund amount, Very disgusting refund process in DIGITAL Time in India. Totally Destroy Digital image and say we are transparency in our work.

Sir, How much time you want Because you started the process from 4 sep 2016 and today is 16/sep/2016.You not understand the feeling of house wife when purchased a washing machine and you not used the washing machine and only see the washing machine. So i request to you understand the feeling of women and replace the machine to another machine immediately without any delay its a customer request because we spent a money for these product .

Dear Sir,

For your information your good office provide a cheque after 45 days with spelling mistake and again your officer told to me new cheque comes around 20 to 25 days. I am totally frustrated. So please provide new cheque without any spelling mistake as soon as and also you check my complaint where i mention SHESH NAG instead of SHESH NATH SINGH. Pls reply to me i am waiting your reply if any proof pls send to me screenshot.
