Dear sir/ madam, After waiting for a very very long period since 06 may 2018 to till date 21 june 2018 (More than one and half month) and lodging 4 complaints (I. Dl [protected] dated 07 may 2018, Ii dl [protected] dated 14 may 2018, iii dl [protected] dated 04 june 2018 and iv dl [protected] dated 05 june 2018) and after carrying the machine to your workshop first for four days on 08 may 2018 and again for 14 days on the plea of parts getting from chennai for repair of the machine. After getting failure in your all out efforts of repairing you informed me that we are replacing your 11 kg capacity washing machine but particular machine is not available with company so we can send you lower category 8 kg capacity washing machine rest amount will be adjusted now again after a waiting of 15 days period and also of your commitment that it will take 2 to 3 days to reach the machine to you, again you want to take a chance of repairing the machine so that your warranty time is over and you can say it is out of warranty. i need solution but looks no support available for Hyderabad.
