[Resolved] Whirlpool India — 2 year old product sold. wrong MRP | |||||
I visited whirlpool wesbite and they have two inbuilt (important as these units are fitted by the company technician) winecoolers listed at different MRP. I got a qoute from their dealer - MRP of product matched MRP on website but product qouted for was not the same as product on website. I got delivery of product qouted for (after paying MRP as per whirlpool website of a diffeeent product. Product delivered in last few weeks was actually imported in 2018 hence over 2 years old. Product delivered MRP on package was different to product MRP on website. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Dec 10, 2020 Whirlpool India Customer Care's response Dear Team, In this case customer purchase his appliance from local Dealer and asking for the compensation for the different model spoken with customer and explain him that he need to coordinate with his concern dealer regarding his appliance model concern.
