[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — Air Conditioner is not working properly

Hi,

I ordered an ac at amazon on 7th september 2019 and installation done on 12.09.2019.

Since the installation done, i complained 4 times in customer care for the air conditioner issues and problems but it didn't solve and the one more complaint i did on last month for the same product problem (Sound issue and now it is cooling issue and f9 code) but i still there.

Last complaint i didn't close for the same quality problem, but company technician closed the complaint itself and when i try to contact him he didn't response the call.

The problems are continue since i bought this air conditioner.

I want to change the product or amount refund back to resolve it.

When I am getting refund or exchange??
No action till days taken
Please do exchange or refund .
I am unable to work in my office due to air conditioner problem.
It not working.
Yesterday technicians came and experienced F9 code error and other problems and they said we can't do anything, we are going to report in our office and then office will decide for it.

Problem is still pending.
Need exchange or refund for the same as soon as possible please.

for the same quality problem, but technician Manoj Das closed the
complaint itself and when I try to contact him he didn't response the
call I have sent video clips and photo also on his demand.
At last I contacted Mr. Jayanta Sen.

The problems are continue since I Purchased this air conditioner.

I want to change the product or amount refund back to resolve it.
