[Resolved] Whirlpool India — asking charge in warranty period | |
I purchased whirlpool refrigetor on the date-29/12/2019 with 1 year fully warranty and 10 years warranty on compressor. On the date 18/06/2020 my refrigetor was not cooling. I complaint to customer care on the date 18/06/2020 but due to lockdown in chennai they registered my complaint on the date 06/07/2020 with complain number-che[protected]. Technician came to my house and after service and they asked amount rs 6000 for coil, gas and compressor. But my product was under warranty. So i was not agree to pay any extra charges. So they remove his all new parts like compressor, coil and even they not connected my old parts to refrigetor also then left from my house.in two technician one with name mohammad ali khan behavior was improper, he was shouting to customer care executive and me. Then both technician left my house without service. So please do needful for service as soon as possible and also take action on technician for his rude bevavior to client.
