[Resolved] Whirlpool India — bearing gone bad | |||
Bought a new washing machine; bearing gone bad in 3 years. Repair man handed over 6k bill to repair it. Whirlpool used to standout in washing machine segment... What kind of quality are you guys producing now? It is pathetic that one has to pay for new bearings every 3 years, given that the usage is twice/thrice a week. Older machines used to work for 10 years minimum before getting into bearing troubles. Can your customer care call me and help me resolve this? Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased new machine but it is not working. When start after 50 second prime mover is not moving. And machine time is still the same when I was started.
