[Resolved] Whirlpool India — cheating | |||
To summarize I purchased a Whirlpool double door refrigerator in November (FY2018). However, post purchasing, due to manufacturing damages, it stopped functioning. Since then, I spoke to numerous customer executives, who constantly delayed the matter and finally Mr Satish informed me that a replacement would be issued. It has been over 60 days now that the commitment was provided, but it hasn't been delivered yet and no one knows the update. The manager in charge- Mr Ankur Dubey (email id ) does not respond to emails, does not take calls and is least bothered in helping. It is absolutely unacceptable that a company like Whirlpool has employees like him. Now Whirlpool does not respond to emails, have not replaced the refrigerator and I am running short of the warranty time now. Please help, this is cheating. Whirlpool has given me defective productive and after promising a replacement, they are now silent. Was this information helpful? | |||
