[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — customer service denied to replace manufacturing defective product

Hi sir,
I am snigdha saha, from falakata, alipurduar, west bengal india. (Pin-735211)

I have purchased new refrigerator from local shop (Bhuvaneswari enterprise)
But they deliver me a manufacturing defective product.

When i ask dealer for replacement, he told me to contact whirlpool customer care.
Since 2 month whirlpool customer care are ignoring my complaint and never visit my home to resolve the issue.
Please help me and give me the product for which i have paid rs. 34, 500 /-
