Team 1) told me wrong information that every part is covered under the amc (Ex plastic and rubber) 2) i complained for gas leakage and swing kit replacemt 2) charged me for a part replacement which is causing gas leakage. 4) gas leakage issue is still not resolved in last 40 days. 5) no one is helping me and not taking my issue on serious note. I have purchased double door 360 lts refrigerator on 27th Dec 2020 from flipkart. within six months the compressor was malfunctioning and i had to get the same replaced. Now the problem is even worse. The refrigerator is forming ice crystals and i am unable to keep vegetables in condition as promised by the company. plus the water is oozing out from the freezer door. This is the fifth forum when i have registered the case and this is totally unacceptable by the brand Whirlpool. You are requested to replace the defective product. Flipkart have fraud sellers registered and they sell defective products to customers.
