[Resolved] Whirlpool India — extra charge after guarantee also | |||
Sir, we bought a washing machine 3 years back and it has a guarantee of 8 years. They cleared it before hand that the guarantee is of the whole product. Now when the washing machine is not working they're charging us extra for visiting as well as for any problem in the product and not accepting the guarantee card. Kindly look towards it asap.
