[Resolved] Whirlpool India — factory defect fridge delivered and no replacement or fixing | |||
Double door fridge making noise so raised complaint bg[protected] on 11th aug. Next day service engineer came and mentioned it's factory defect product and will go for replacement, took my purchased reciept, but no response for 2 weeks. When called cc again, she mentioned ticket closed and reason was double registration, seems like product had two different registration may be fridge was own by someone before and given to me again, sounds very unethical. So she gave a ticket bg[protected] on 3rd sep saying replacement will be processed. Now i don't get any updates and could be that the ticket is also closed again. Please help on this and if not ready to help please let me know how can i proceed to get your attention and if i should go for lawyer's help on this. Thank you for your kind cooperation but i am very confident that i will never buy a new whirlpool product in future nor recommend. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||

My complain is that, water is been leaked from the detergent tray, its been one month after my complain and no one has turned up which is too bad. Even after my complain no one is bothered I kindly request the team to take an action on this.
