I had called your customer support number on 2nd March for washing machine top load fully automatic white magic Elite Serial number INF[protected], A technician came touched the machine and said it requires spare parts and told to purchase AMC which I did AMC number 047784 costing 6100 and visiting charges of 475, In total 6575
Till today 6th March no one has visited to repair the machine called your customer care number on 4th March got the issue escalated spoke Mis Asha and was promised by Asha that technician will visit on 5th March and address the issue which never happened
Again called your customer care number today and spoke to escalation team member Mis Ramya she put my call on hold stating that she will speak to technical team was on hold for 20 mins and call got disconnected and called your customer care number and spoke to Ramya and to my shock she did not call back as service center will open only by 11, If service center opens by 11 then why the call was put on hold when called for the first time then Ramya gave area manager number Mr. Sainath [protected] when spoke to Sainath about refund of AMC amount then came to know if request is raised now then its a lengthy procedure its better to get the repairs done.
Is Whirlpool really a customer centric organization or its just a money making company just take money and vanish.
Need a call back from senior management representative if at all you people are serious about brand.
