[Resolved] Whirlpool India — installation not done | |||
I have purchased whirlpool double door refrigerator on 18th january 2020 through amazon and delivered on 20th january 2020 and the same day installation request raised at 19:43hrs. No one called for installation and the fridge back side of the wheel not sit properly and the fridge is moving up and down. The same issue is share with amazon customer care, they said that at the time of installation, the concerned person will check and confirm if any replacement required. I have contacted whirlpool customer care 3 to 4 times. For replacement we have only 10 days, on that 4 days already completed. Please resolve the issue. My service request number is hy[protected].
