[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Maintenance of Air Conditioner | |||
Last year I bought a Split Inverter Air Conditioner of Whirlpool from Flipkart on 16 June 2020. For which I had requested for Annual service on (6 May 2021) But since then no response has been received from your side. Annual maintenance of Air conditioners by concerned maintenance staff could not be accomplished up till now. Today I again called your customer care and they are saying that your product is out of warranty for this service you have to pay service charge. You tell me why I'll pay when I have put in its respectful request on 6 May 2021. At that time your concern team had said that as soon as the lockdown is over then we will send our technician person but since then no one came. Now you tell me that it is my fault that i called under warranty time. I had already called from my side, service was stopped from your place so what is my fault in this..? Already I have complained regarding this matter but till now work has been pending. Kindly direct concerned staff to do the needful at the earliest and acknowledge my mail as soon as possible.
