[Resolved] Whirlpool India — new micro oven not working | |||
Hi, I purchased one whirlpool 20l magiccook elite black microwave oven on 29th june via amazon. After days microwave mode stopped working. After registering a case (Bg[protected]), one guy came and confirmed about replacement on 21st july. After so many followup got it delivered on 6th august (Delivery took 100 rs for delivery charge, not sure why i need to pay delivery charge). On 7th august its self its got same issue. Microwave mode not working. Again i sent mail to whirlpool helpdesk also called mr rishabh bhaskar. And waiting for their response. Really a frustrating experience.
