[Resolved] Whirlpool India — new refrigerator malfunctioning

We purchased a new refrigerator 185l model no. 70641 on august 17, 2019 and it has stopped working since yesterday, the company service engineer came in today and started giving vague explanations telling us that we would have to replace most parts including the compressor (Which according to the company has a ten year warranty), it’s hardly been twenty days since we bought the refrigerator and we are being told to replace almost all the working parts of a brand new refrigerator, this is extremely unfair and not expected from a company of whirlpool’s stature, would request the senior management to get involved and resolve this as soon as possible.
