Asking 1450 for thermostat where as the same is available for less than half the price. The worst part is they don't tell you the cost before attending when you know the issue and ask for the estimate. They say it will be told by technician post visit. When he demands such huge cost and even though he did nothing we must pay 350 as service charge just for the visit. My suggestion would be not buy whirlpool products. LG products are better in quality and they tell you upfront the estimated cost when you call them and tell them the part that needs to be replaced.
