[Resolved] Whirlpool India — product warranty problem and services

As I purchased Product by M/s Amazon but I am facing problem in my machine in that complaint already raised

At the time of Installation, NO JOB SHEET Provided.
SR No: NP[protected] on dated[protected] at 9.21am No one attended.
SR No: NP[protected] on dated[protected] at 2.32 PM but till Now No one attended.

As product purchased by Online so that Product is not Genuine

Requesting to Amazon please do approval of replacement with genuine product of whirlpool.

For your ready ref. please fine here with call details of Whirlpool Eng. I continue follow up but they didn’t provide resolution due to Online purchase they provided services of product which was purchased by Store or linked store.

Kind Attention: Whirlpool please clarify two things

Product is Genuine or Original
Comprehensive services provided by given time phrase.

Kind Attention: Amazon please clarify

Product is Genuine or Original as per Manufacturing
Serviced Provided as per Manufacturing terms & Condition

Else please replace with ORIGINAL or GENUINE Product on Priority
