[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Protton refrigerator, plsss don't buy, pathetic product and service | |||||
Bought a whirlpool Refrigerator 7 Months Back it was an Protton One, All of Sudden the refrigerator Stopped working, registered a complaint as it was under warranty, service engineer is confused with the problem, says may be compressor is damaged and require additional days to ask it from the head office. no sure answer from engineer, very bad service, imagine in torching heat of May above 40 deg without a refrigerator. here are so many complains abt the compressor getting damaged with he Warranty period, i Smell a foul Play by the company, selling defective pieces. They Says your Complaint will be solved within 24 Hours. No one solves your Complain, engineer's are confused cannot find any problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
