[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — refrigerator not working even after service

With respect to complain# bg[protected], mr. Venkat[protected] replaced some electronic panel in my refrigerator without proper testing.
Company charged me rs. 5313 which includes cost of panel and service charge.
Post that he suggested switch on after 2 hours and it will work. But the problem remained as it is, when i followed the instruction.
Its been 2 days since i am trying reaching out technician to give a visit why even after changing parts, problem is not fixed. But no response. Even the call centre executives don't know a way out, there call centre is worst in world, first they don't know communication guidelines and never tries to hear us out. Neither the number[protected] connects, it's like full of noise and you cannot explain things in english.

I have wasted lot of my time communicating to either call centre or technician on this front but no clue if anyone will take a proper action.

It's a must to get my refund if things are not working and compensate for my wastage of time.

Thanks for helping me connect with support team. However I am still waiting for technician to come and fix the problem. As promised it should be done in first half today (11/23).

If not please follow up and get the resolution.

Hi Support team,
None of your technician called to fix this problem. I will not be available in evening mostly. And it had been promised for the first half. Can you follow up and get someone visited max by 4 pm?

For company's information its been 2 since customer care dept. established communication with me and promised a resolution by 11/23. However till now I haven't received any communication from your engineers despite a complaint req# BG[protected].

Now with so disappointing professionalism what does company wants me to understand??

My appliance is not working properly for about a week now and despite communication promises and 2 complains with escalation there is no response.

It shows an unruliness of company professionals and disregard for consumers. It's an pure example of harassment, since company very well know, parts changed were not the problem.

Company is money minded, which is a good thing - but not at the cost of consumer dissatisfaction. Satisfaction level is below 0. Hope no one ever buys any whirlpool products further.

After my last note on Nov 24, some technician visited my place and did something to correct cooling of my refrigerator and instructed to watch for further 24 hours and inform.

We again followed the instruction, however cooling did not fixed completely, it was working intermittently. Again things getting spoiled for about 2 days.

We called the technician yesterday, again he is advising to watch for next 24 hours!!!
I really doubt if anything is being done properly. Company keep pushing things as the days pass by and no concrete fix.

I am really tired of follow ups, as my original issue is still persisting over that cooling issue has been introduced due to all unskillful and very irresponsible professionals both either technician or support executive.

We have now lost all hopes if any serious steps would be taken to resolve our issues. I lost both money and faith in the company.
