[Resolved] Whirlpool India — refrigerator warranty issue | |||
I have purchased auto defrost whirlpool refrigerator. But the machine doesn't defrost properly and ice formed fully inside the freezer box. Then i have switched off and kept it for about 3 hours still the ice didn't come off. Hence i have manually removed it and while doing so the gas chamber got damaged. I have raised complaint and they said they won't cover this on warranty. The response given by them was, since i used different brand stabilizer the fridge doesn't defrost automatically. This is ridiculous and the dealer or installing person have told me about this. The worst ever warranty cover terms by an company. Was this information helpful? | |||
