Sir, i have made a complaint to your company representative vide mobile no.[protected] regarding replacement of fridge's cover. Your representative told me to deposit rs.1155 in your company account no.[protected] ifsc code kkbk0004329 in kotak mahindra bank. I have deposited required amount of rs.1155 vide transction id p1908201059377283479710 on 20.08.2019 at 10.59am. But i am sorry to say that the cover has not been replaced as yet.
