What the hell is wrong?
I have purchased Whirlpool 1 ton 5 star window AC via Amazon and was delivered in time. I have placed a Service request for installated and demo on 3rd May 2017 and executive assured that product will be installed within 24 hours. So far nobody has contacted, no update, poor quality of response/ service
