[Resolved] Whirlpool India — service engineers of washing machine

Ur service eng sold me cleaner for washing machine but the product was expiry date & some plastic part also charge & the charges was recd by him while the machine part was ok they why to change. My question is ur srvice eng. To cheat the customer pls help replace my clearner & return my money for the change part. My serv req. No. Is 18825 dated 24.8.2018 & 12866 dated 16.8.2018
My no. Is [protected] & the eng. Name was mubarak & subodh kumar coming from impluz home care servies patel nagar new delhi & so many call in this regard but no responce. Pls tell me what should i do.
