[Resolved] Whirlpool India — service technician charged 5000 rs and didn't turn up for the service

Last week I called Whirlpool on[protected] and logged a call to service our washing machine. The technician came home and told that we need to replace the spare part and got 5000rs. we told him that we'll pay after the repair but he insisted to pay to buy the part. till now he dint turn up.
