Dear sir !
we have purchased your whirlpool protton world series, refrigirator in the month of july 2015, from viveks, tnagar, chennai.
The sales person who attended to us, that this series doesnt require stabilizer.Hence we have ordered only for the fridge from the concern.After a coule of days, on our request, one Mr.Satish, came to our house for demonstartion.
During the course of demonstartion, he started, installing the stabilizer, DURO MAX.On quetioning him about the necesscity, he replied very convincingly, as for added saftey, and we too accepted, and paid the amount.

After a couple of week, the stabilizer started tripping and hence the fridge went out of functioning.Again we switched on again after 15 mts we faced the same problem.we waited for two days and called him over his mobile no [protected], and he came to our house, and said every thing was alright, without even giving enough time to observe the working pattern of the fridge with stabilizer.

again we faced the same problem and called him, there was no response from him.So we called the customer care no and lodged a complaint.The gave the same mobile number of satish and advised us to call.we did but all our efforts in vain.Then we have removed the stabilizer, after switching off the fridge, and switched on with out the stabilizer, since august 2015.we have ben facing no problem.

after that umpteen number of times we have requested him over phone to replace the stabilizer, but no response.
we contacted the toll free number and requested for replacement.They asked us to contact Mr satish, and have the thing done. Sir we are fedup with the attitude of your service engineer.i have waited and gave enough time to him but no use.Waiting further will be of no use.so i am sending this mail.pl send your peopole, and replace the stabilizer.
