Whirlpool India — top loading 8 kg automatic washing machine | |||
Complaint for Top Load 8 kg W Machine on 16.08.18..PCB diagnosed to be replaced...given three days time...out of stock...another two/three weeks given...unwashed clothes piling up hence requested for alternate arrangement till PCB is changed...Whirlpool repaired the PCB and started machine with assurance that as and when new PCB is available it would be replaced till date machine is working on repaired PCB with intermittent problems. The Machine is under AMC for the last 3 to 4 years. Emails sent at helpdesk remained unreplied...contacting customer care at toll free number Gurugram...assurance was given for call back...no call received...twice complained in the complaiant/feedback form at Whirlpool Website with no response. I am unable to understand that what is the use of taking AMC for Whirlpool products if the same are not repaired properly in time. If Whirlpool is not able to replace the PCB of my machine they should refund me the AMC amount or replace my Machine. Was this information helpful? | |||
