[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — Unethical behavior after worst and untrained service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Greetings of the day,

I, Indresh Kumar singh based in ghaziabad, (budh vihar, vijay nagar) bought my Whirpool double door 210 ltr. fridge 6 years back.
Till 30/03/2017 it was working fine.
I was very impressed and recommend to my 2-3 friends to purchase same and they purchased.

But from last 15 days what happened to me was a very pathetic experience from company service team.

it was started when my fridge stopped cooling. I called service center and they sent a service engineer who inspected and said it required gas filling.
i agreed and paid him service charge.

Then a gas man Mr. Shankar lal came n filled gas and after that fridge was started working and charged for gas quantity was not mentioned any where.

After 15 days same problem occurred and same process happened again.
This time Mr. Shankar lal said ur Fridge inbuilt Jaal is suspected to leaking so we need to put an extra jaal and your problem will get solved.
We agreed and he fixed it on back side of fridge and refilled gas again and no quantity was mentioned anywhere that how much gas he refilled and charged 800 INR.
But next day same problem happened again there was no cooling at all.
I called up call center and asked them to send a senior engineer.
But same guy came and said that Gas is chocked badly and i'll send the gas guy and he will see.

Again Mr. Shankar lal came and said that its compressor gone and now you have to pay 4000 INR.

Now i want to complain against Mr. Shankar lal who don't know how much gass filled and how he fitted so called jaal which resulted in gas chocked and got worsted n compressor gone.

My question is from a Brand like Wirlpool, is this type of service he willing to provide in which one part repaired like in such a way that other part got damaged, and costumer is bound to pay for company engineer's fault.

Just being a costumer want sincere decision from company like whirlpool should i pay 4000 INR for service man's fault or company will show any responsibility.

Please revert on ASAP based, because of this stupid game of service part my Family is suffering from last last 20 days.
