[Resolved] Whirlpool India — washing machine 360 | |||
I had purchased a new whirlpool washing machine on july 18. It was delivered on 19th. The very first day when we used the machine it was giving very loud banging noise. I complained about the same to the service center and also the dealer through which i had purchased. The technician came and it was confirmed that the machine has a pulley issue. My demand for a replacement of a new machine since its brand new is not being met. The service center is going on sending technicians for replacing the pulley whch we have refused. If we are purchasing a new machined from an authorized store paying full amount we donot expect a defective machine needing repairs. Kindly address this concern on topmost priority and replace the defective machine else we will be forced to file a consumer case complaint at the court. Was this information helpful? | |||

Complaint is still not resolved. Different technician keep calling for tax invoice videos and pictures. No resolution inspite of providing all details. I was promised a replacement by your team last week. Still awaiting for it. I will never recommend whirlpool product to anyone based on this experience.
