[Resolved] Whirlpool India — washing machine fully automatic is fluttering | |||||
I bought a fully automatic 7.0 kg whirlpool washing machine last month. While washing the cloths i noticed that the machine is fluttering violently when it is spinning. There is a huge vibration and abnormal sound too. The matter was reported to the customer care. Technicians came but did nothing. It seems that there is a manufacturing defect in this machine. Nov 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Technician from Whorlpool service centre visited and observed the complete operation of this machine. He convinced me that this much vibration and sound produced by the machine is normal and acceptable for the machine. So I need not to worry at all. He suggested me to make use of this machine without any hesitation
It is my personal. advice to the new buyer of a washing machine that he/she must physically see the demonstration the machine he/she has decided to buy. He/she should also compare the operation of the similar machine of other companies too. And then only he/she should proceed to place a buy order online.
