I purchased white magic 6.5 top loader in Nov 2017. Last week it started making big sound. Called Whirlpool technician. He told bearing is gone bad, needs replacement and costs Rs.5000. My question is how come within three years with minimal use gear assembly has gone bad ? Was this information helpful? | |
