[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Water Purifier / senior supervisor assigned to my ticket says product on the whirlpool website shown is wrong/old | |||||
HI, This is Mir Zamin Hussain . I raised a ticket with whirlphool customer care to service my my water purifier . Technician visited and suggested with 2 options 1) All the filters to be replace Or 2) exchange and go with the new model. I preferred to go with the exchange option and requested technicely engineer to go withthe new model Inbetween i went to whirlphool website and saw minerala 90 platinium and platinum plus.as I liked themy I requested to go with minerala 90 platinum. However technical person brought minerala 90 classic . As I was more interested on Minerala 90 platinum or Minerala platinum plus so I was insisting toge me any of newes model available on whirlphool website . As he was not having any answer he gAve the call to his manager. Manager was trying to convince the classic model.the model which they offered i don't find on the whirlphool website.I was asking and gAve options to get any new model which is on the website.for that manager started saying all the models showing on the website are stopped and not in prodiction. When brand like whirlphool website doesn't have accurate information then he don't have answereceived for that. Finally the option they left was to take the product which they want to push . Givene complant around 20 days back, still issue is not resolved, even when called to customer care its taking 30 mins or 1 hrs to answer the customer call
