Good Day,

Please note that i have purchased a whirpool white AC and the customer services is not at all helpful. Now everyone is just a trouble for me. I don't need any help and i don't have the energy to explain anything.

The piece was defective. While taking money they took the payment instantly and did everything in 24 hours and now everyone is trying to explain me the procedures and saying it will take 10-20 days to replace the unit.

I need my money back or the item replaced else i would have no choice but for lodge a formal complaint in Consumer Forum. Please look into it and resolve the issue.
