I purchased whirlpool double door refrigerator ff450eltprof carbon finish on 27.06.2009

The fridge was working fine till december 2016. Due to overcooling and auto cooling system was not working properly i gave complaint to toll free no[protected]. Based on the complaint engineers from sri sai service attended the job and changed the core board and ui board as per job no 015446 dated 21.12.2016. I have paid rs 4950 for the part and also service charge rs 400.
I regret to point out that the fridge is not working alright and there is no cooling effect as on date.in the meantime i gave several complaints to the service center and the engineers who attended the job are unable to rectify the defect. I am giving below the complaint no details.

I am a senior citizen aged 74 years cannot carry on without fridge for storing medicines etc. I am deeply worried and my mental agony force me to send you this complaint to rectify the defect immediately. I appreciate your immediate action in this regard.
