We had purchased the above washing machine (Sl. No. [protected]- model 11582) on 25/06/2011.
Our machine had frequent failures on pcbs.
Failed so far three times -
First incident replaced with amc and recent two incidents were not captured within amc scheme.
Second incident 05/05/2017- high end pcb has been replaced at the cost of rs 4850 by your authorized service partner (A. S. Associates, ecr road kottivakkam, chennai)
Third incident 08/12/2017- mid end pcb and inlet valve has been replaced at the cost of rs 7000 by the same service team.
All the above three incidents were happened in 3 different (Rented) houses and hence no suspicion on in put supply and also there were no issue on other home appliances with pcb being used at our home.
Was there any fuse protection has been given in your product, even if there are any fault incoming current, to prevent failure of machine parts?
Also kindly confirm the above batch test reports at factory and also revisit your type test approval for the same model.
In total we have spent about rs 15, 000 on pcb board related issues, whereas the machine cost itself was rs 15, 466.
Hence, as your customer i'm not at all happy with this high amount expenditure on repair due to product failures.
Kindly consider this as a genuine customer complaint and to up keep customer satisfaction, please reimburse the expenses for the above two repairs done.
