Whirlpool India — whirlpool water purifier could not be repaired

Have been the whirlpool water purifier for more than 2 years.
When it stopped working, I have raised a complaint with call center. The vendor to whom it is assigned to is not able to correct the problem even after two weeks.

Despite calling vendor multiple times and following up with the customer service of whirlpool multiple times there is no response.

I am thinking of getting rid of this purifier now.

Looks like whirlpool is not capable of either delivering high quality goods or services to its products. If this is the kind of service in cities like Bangalore, there is no way consumers can get response in other Indian cities. A simple water purifier can not be fixed in two weeks, that says a lot about the quality of service.

This also means that these products are OK till it has issues and once you have problems, there is no guarantee of getting it fixed and you may have to throw it away.

In future, I would be forced to ask my apartment people and contacts not to go for whirlpool product and find something which is readily available in terms of parts and services.
